Showers and thunderstorms are a good bet as we move into your Tuesday and into the rest of the week. Mostly sunny skies will give way to numerous showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon. Coverage is expected to be a little greater tomorrow with the front right over top of the western Carolinas. The severe threat will be lower with the lower temperatures; however, a severe storm can not be ruled out.
