Tropical Storm Chris is beginning to weaken as it continues to drift in the northern Atlantic. The other area of concern is the Gulf of Mexico. As of 9:30 p.m. Thursday, the National Hurricane Center gives this system a 70% chance of developing. Hildebran News will keep you updated on the tracks of both storms.
